Answer:Let the number of 5 Rupee note = x

Then the number of 10 Rupee note = 90 - x

Total money = Rs. 500

As per the given condition,

5x + 10(90 - x) = 500

5x + 900 - 10x = 500

-5x = -400

x = 80

Hence, number of 5 Rupee note = 80

And, number of 10 Rupee note = (90 - 80)=10

Answer:

Let 10 notes = x

5 notes = (x+1)

A/q,

10(x)+5(x+1) = 80

10x+5x+5 = 80

15x = 75

x= 5

so

10₹ notes = x = 5

10₹ notes = x = 5 5₹ notes = (x+1) = 6
