Raman,

Hi, I received a call for my interview and my calling time is 11 am. So, I am leaving a little early by around 9 am as my house is a little far away from the house and it will take a good amount of time to travel to the office and I do not want to disturb you.

So, I am dropping the message to inform you that I might not be able to make it to the lunch and I am sorry. We will plan it for tomorrow I assure you.
