virus are considered to be as exceptions to the cell theory. They are non cellular particles. Review the statement.........please answer fast

viruses are known as border line organisms as they are living in host body and non living in external environment. they dont have cytoplasm but have DNA(nucliod which doesn't has nuclear membrane). therefore they are known as non cellular particles

because when they are out they are considered as dead cells. but when come in the body of a host then starts living as a living cell and as they injuctes it's organelles in a healthy cell..
