Given that, Vishwa has to cover 800km. If his speed is 80km/hr, then time taken to reach would be = (Distance/Speed)

= (800/80)hr

= 10 hours.

But Vishwa needs to reach the destination before 2 hours.

For that his speed must be higher.

So, speed = Distance/Time

= (800/2)km/hr

= 400 km/hr

This is the minimum speed at which the journey is completed in 2 hours.
