I recently, joined a company after my graduation and had to open a new bank account because previously I had a student account.

When I went to the bank, I was told to go to the manager. When I got their, I was directed to another person, where she directed me to her colleagues.

The lady was dealing with an old man and I had to wait for an hour to talk to her.

Finally, she started the process after asking me a lot of questions.

Another half an hour was passed by then.

Then she asked me to do bio-metric verification, which further delayed the process because the website was not working.

Thus, it took me two to three hours to get the initial process done.
