Most of the people confuse cement with concrete. First thing I saw was that cement and concrete are different. Cement is used as a binder to hold together concrete, aggregates and sand.

  • It is made by mixing very precise calculated portions of limestone, sand and clay.

  • Then it is heated at a very high temperature of around 1450ºC

  • As a result cement clinkers are formed

  • These clinkers are then cooled and ground to make powder like cement
