The Risk of overusing antibiotics.

Antibiotics are powerful drugs that treat diseases causes by bacteria.

Antibiotics kill and slow down the growth of bacteria in the body and further stops it from multiplying.

However, overusing antibiotics can cause adverse effects.

Due to overuse, certain bacteria grow their resistant power and thus the medicines don’t work against them.

Other bacteria can also grow and cause infections.

Overdose of antibiotics can also cause diarrhea and vomiting.

Thus it is essential to store and take medication correctly

⚫Overuse of antibiotics can lead to side effects and allergies, pathogens can also develop resistance against the antibiotic that is overused.

⚫These resistant pathogens require higher doses of medicine or stronger antibiotics to treat.

⚫Thus, this is the reason we should avoid antibiotics for common diseases like cold, etc.
