their problems is of water they do not get enough water to give the plants. They do not not have money to buy good crops seeds. their achievements are when the crop is grown in a good quantity and quality. Their developments are when they grow crop in many new ways

Problems of Indian farmers are:-

(1) There is a defect of availability of water for irrigation.

(2) Most of the cultivators have small holdings which are unprofitable.

(3) The chemical fertilizers, insecticides, 'high yielding variety of seeds', pesticides etc. are more expensive and our cultivators find it difficult to purchase these.

(4) The soil is 'losing its fertility'; due to 'absence of good forests' and soil erosion.

Achievements of Indian Farmers:

1. Green revolution is fundamental to self- applicability in food seeds.
