A local authority's role in community - They help to school for development by technology, they take care of schools which are replaced by buildings or malls, they take care of environmental pollution, they give financial support to schools, they give support to poor children, they take care about community's disease, they talk with Government about schools and poor children for giving them new schemes by Government.
