"Smoking is extremely harmful for our health and is responsible for lung diseases like bronchitis, asthma, lung cancer and even oral cancer.

After doing a survey in my colony, which has 15 family and approximately 90 people, 20 of them are chronic smokers, 25 are occasional smokers and the rest are non-smokers. Thus, the percentage of all kinds of smokers in my locality is 50.

There are two smokers in my family, my father who is a frequent smoker and my uncle who smokes occasionally. After showing them the results of the survey and the harmful effect of the practice, they assured me that they would quit smoking."
