The process of chilling milk that is followed in these centres are described below :
First of all, the milk is cooled to low temperature for preserving the milk. The milk microorganisms grows in the temperature range of 20° to 40° Celsius.
The milk is chilled to 4° Celsius by milk plate chiller so that the quality of milk is maintained.
