The process of pasteurization goes on the hands of large scale. When it comes to chilling milk, it takes within a four houses and reduces the chances of leaving milk from bacteria.

The trip takes about six hours on average values and takes two hours too long. It reduces the milk twice a day and they don’t get chilling center in four hours.

The process is similar to make it ice and freezers and then pour instantly.

Pasteurisation is the process which was observed in the milk chilling center. In this process firstly milk was heated at temperatures up to 70°C for 15 to 30 seconds and are then chilled and stored at low temperatures.
