heya!!

bread is prepared by baking soda and flour which is mixed and added to make it more fluffy and puffed....the bakers have to do a great deal of hard work to make the correct tasting bread .

brown bread.. white bread.. fruit bread..there are many types of breads which are made with atmost care so that no germs infect them and protection from fungus is required too..

yeast is also added which add further to the volume of the bread and other chemicals are added to prevent any destruction and blasting in the oven...they are baked till they attain golden brown colour and then they are ready to eat!!

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU..

Answer:

Some microorganisms possess industrial applications.

∙ For example, yeast is also known as baker's yeast is used in the making of bread and other bakery products.

∙ Yeast is added to the dough for bread where it ferments the sugary products present in the dough and forms carbon dioxide.

∙ The release of gas in the dough results in the puffing up of the bread resulting in the production of soft and fluffy bread.

∙ Dairy industry also uses microorganisms like Lactobacillus which is used to produce curd from milk.

∙ All microorganisms playing role in food industries are added to the food products/raw products at conditions that are suitable to the microorganisms.

∙ Dairy industry produces milk and keeps it in a chilled environment to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms (microorganisms cannot grow in low temperatures).
