I visited bakery near my school a few weeks ago there I found bakers were using wheat and many other ingredient to make bread there I noticed that they were using something white powdery substance in it I asked them about it they answer they were using yeast to make bread fluffy... then I asked them how does it work? they answer yeast grow in warm temperature and this results fluffy brown breads
