I recently conducted data on a small unit near my residence.I live in Sundernagar,Himachal Predesh.I conducted a survey on a juice factory.The name of this unit is "HPMC".HPMC is a sole juice producing company in Sundernagar.The employees are very hard working.They collect and produce original juice in factory only.Even packeging and transportation of juices to other parts of the state are conducted by the company.The company does not have a big budget to promote itself through advertisement like big names Real,Tropicana but in recent years it has created a big name for itself in Himachal Pradesh.HPMC also produces pickels and jams.They started a few years back but now the juices of HPMC  are being transported to not only within himachal pradesh but also to chandigarh and delhi.Soon maybe all over India.
I wish all the best to the employees of HPMC for their hardwork and dedication.

I have recently visited a plastic goods manufacturing factory near my residence in Kolkata.

Data collection :

Due to the modernization and availability of modern equipments and technology,the factory is now manufacturing a lot by investing small amount of money.

The labour works also decreased from the past few years due to the easy machine works which have developed this industry and raised it's financial benefits.
