-Children have rights that are both locally and internationally recognised and which must be abided to.

-There has been unrest in some of the schools with students complaining of being offered spoilt food. This an infringement to the right to food which is healthy

- The education institutions are sending off children for mild offences they commit denying them a chance to fully participate in the learning. Laws applied should be appropriate to their age and development
