of fish that are available in your area. (It can be urban, rural, coastal or hilly). Collect information
related to your observation in the form of questions?

Season of availability.
(1) Is it a fresh water or marine water fish?
(iv) Is it commonly available?
(v) Does it has any particular specification
(vi) Ask the shopkeeper/fisherman, what happens if these fish is not purchased. Do they
preserve it?
vii) During which season is the yield low? Why?

(vii) The yield of these fishes are low in the rainy season because due to high tide many fishermen do not take their fishing boats in the sea.

The above data was collected from a local fisherman, in my locality, who collects his stock from malad/gorai dockyard and sells them in a local market.
