I remembered playing hide-and-seek when I was a young child, crouching under the suits and on top of my father’s shoes in the corner of a musty closet. I was delighted in not being found, but crouching in the confined space got old fast. What a relief to hear the yell of the seeker’s surrender, indicating it was safe to come out.
