Let Ivan's salary be x

\frac{x}{4} +\frac{x}{3} +\frac{x}{15}+6000 is what he spent

He had balance of Rs 4000

x - (\frac{x}{4} +\frac{x}{3} + \frac{x}{15}+6000)=4000

Multiply the equation by LCM 60

\frac{60x -15x-20x -4x-360000}{60}=4000

60x -15x-20x -4x-360000=4000\times 60

60x-15x-20x-4x-360000=240000

60x-39x=240000+360000

21x=600000

x=\frac{600000}{21}

∴ x= 28571.43

∴ Ivan's monthly salary is Rs 28571.43
