Speed of sound = √(Gamma)(RT/M)
Gamma is same for both as both are diatomic , R is const. and also temp. is same for both so
Speed is directly proportional to √(1/M) where M is molar mass
Molar mass of H2 = 2
Molar mass of O2 = 32
V(H2)/V(O2) = √(32/2) = 4
