develop in hot and humid areas. High temperature in this areas cause hot humid (with water vapours) air to rise up. So, strong upward rising winds with water droplets are generated. ... Upward movement of air and downward movement of water drops, together, cause lightning and sound.
Answer:
B- Gonopodium is the answer
Explanation:
At sexual maturity, mature male mosquitofish have a significantly modified anal fin termed a gonopodium that develops from an unmodified female-like anal fin under the influence of endogenous androgens. Although females do not ordinarily grow gonopodia, androgens can be used to promote the development of gonopodium-like structures in their anal fins. We employed computer image processing techniques to assess morphological changes in the anal fins of normal male and female mosquitofish during growth and maturation, as well as alterations in females exposed to the androgen 11-ketotestosterone. The anal fin of the mosquitofish is a suitable bioassay system for measuring the effects of known or suspected environmental androgens.
