Voiceless it cries : Wind doesn't have the voice like we have but can be still considered that it cries. The cries is referred to the sound when wind runs in a higher velocity. In simple words the sound of howling wind.

Wingless flutters : Wind we all know is present all around and fly in the atmosphere. It can fly though it doesn't have wings.

Toothless bites : Winds don't have teeth but can still bite. The winds bite is the term referred to the harsh and cold whether. Therefore it bites.

Mouthless mutters : When wind passes by our ear, we could hear some kind of sound. This sound is like someone muttering.
