voluntary action: it is the action taken place when we are in concisious and it can be controlled when we are not in sleep. we can control the action . it was controlled by brain

EXAMPLE: walking , running

involuntary action: it is the action taken place when we are in non-concisious and it cannot be controlled and largely involuntary action are controlled by spinal chord. we cannot control these action

EXAMPLE: erecting of penis at night and heart beat
