Let the radii of spheres be v and r

Volume of sphere = 4/3 πr³

 \frac{ \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3} }{ \frac{4}{3}\pi {v}^{3} } = \frac{27}{64}

 \frac{r}{v} = \frac{3}{4}

surface \: area \: = 4\pi {r}^{2}

 \frac{4\pi {r}^{2} }{4\pi {v}^{2} } \\ \\ = \frac{ {r}^{2} }{ {v}^{2} } = \frac{ {3}^{2} }{ {4}^{2} } \\ \\ = \frac{9}{16}

The ratio is 9 : 16
