Volume = Length³

Length³ = 1000 cm³

Length = ∛1000

Length = 10 cm


Find the total surface area:

Total Surface Area = 6 x ( length x breadth)

Total Surface Area = 6 x ( 10 x 10 )

Total Surface Area = 6 x 100

Total Surface Area = 600 cm²


Answer: The total surface area is 600 cm²

AS \: WE \: KNOW \: THAT \: VOLUME\:\<br /><br />\: OF \\ A \: CUBE\\ \\ = {a}^{3} (where \: a \: is \: a \: side)

So Forming an equation as per the Question we have

 {a}^{ 3} = 1000 \\ \\ {a}^{3} = {10}^{3} \\ \\ a = 10 \: \: (Cancelling \: the \: power )

Total surface area of a cube = 6a²

=>6 x 10 x 10 = 600 cm²
