accordingly, 112 ml of no2 contains 1/200 moles of no2 gas. ( from equation 2)

1 mole of oxygen atoms contains 6.023 * 10 raise to 23 atoms
Therefore 1/100 moles will contain 6.023*10 raise to 21 atoms
