Answer:

'A vote of thanks' speech is a formal way to thank all the individuals present in a programme hierarchically (eg. chief guest to students). It is generally given at the end of any formal programme.

Explanation:

Good evening everyone, it's been a very successful and motivating programme for all of us present here today.

It's my honor to be on stage to bid a vote of thanks on behalf of our institution to you all.

A special thanks to our Chief Guest (name) for accepting our invitation and for being here with all of us today. You have inspired and motivated us a lot today, especially to the women in the gathering.

I thank our Principal (name) for giving permission to conduct this programme and to always support us in every right thing we do for the growth of the institution.

I thank all the teaching and non teaching staff for handling the programme throughout and not letting any hindrance overpower the programme.

I would like to thank all the participants who took part with much enthusiasm in today's activities.

Last but not the least, I would like to thank all the students for patiently sitting for hours and enjoying the programme.

Thank you all once again.
