W=FS COS THETA , MY QUESTION IS WHY COS THETA NOT SEC THETA

Because if it's a sec theta then in all the thing becomes different,as sec is subjective...

it is because the correct relation is W proportional to FS ...now to remove proportionality sign, we need to add a value and that value happens to be cos theta and not sec theta.. .hope it helps...
