W is an underground stem of a plant with food stored in it. It is commonly used as a vegetable and also
for making chips, french fries etc. When a solution X is added to the cut surface of W, then a blue-black
color is produced. The production of this colour tells us that W contains a nutrient Y in it. What are W, X
and Y?
