\displaystyle\huge\red{\underline{\underline{Solution}}}

First of all note that a fraction is said to be terminating if 2 & 5 are the only prime factors of the denominator of the fraction

Now for the fraction

 \frac{329}{400}

denominator is = 400

Now

400 = 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 5 \times 5 =  {2}^{4}  \times  {5}^{2}

Since 400 has prime factors only as 2 & 5

So  \frac{329}{400} is terminating
