Answer:

w+w+w=18

3w=18

w=6

x+2y+x=20

2x+2y=20

x+y=10

2z+w+2z=10

4z+w=10

4z+6=10

4z=4

z=4

2y+2y-2z=6

y+y-z=3

2y-4=3

2y=7

y=7/2

x+y=10 from eq.2

x+7/2=10

x=13/2

x+(z+3y)*w

=13/2+(4+3*7/2)*6

=13/2+(4+21/2)*6

=13/2+(29/2)*6

=13/2+174/2

=187/2

Therefore x+(z+3y)*w is equal to 187/2 or 93.5 or 93½

I hope it will help you

Thank You!!...
