Valleys are generally U-shaped or V-shaped which are formed after a long time of weathering factors like strong winds and heavy rain. But in some cases, there are valleys formed where the sides of the valley are almost parallel to each other, forming the shape of an 'I' and hence sometimes called as I-shaped valley.
