time (t) = 2h45m

= 2 + 45/60

= 2+ 3/4

= 11/4 hr

retardation

(negative acceleration)= 16.5km/h²

we know that,

distance = speed/time

= 4/11/4

= 4×4/11

=16/11km

time = distance / speed

= 16/11/4

= 16×4/11

= 64/11

= 5.8 km ans
