poem first-- golden rule
work while you work
and play while you play
that is the way to be
healthy and gay
all that you do ,
do with all your might ,
things done by halves ,
are never done right .
one thing at a time ,
and that done well ,
is a golden rule ,
our elders tell
2nd poem is-- only the moon
when I was a child I thought
the New Moon was the cradle
the full moon was grain is round face.
the New Moon was a banana
the full moon was a big cake .
when I was a child
I never saw the moon
is only so what
I wanted to see .
and now I see the moon
it's the moon ,
only the moon , and
nothing but the moon
