Actually bottled cold drinks doesn't gain any carbonation even it get warm but when you open the cap all cardon di oxides escape that's it has less fizz than the bottled one.

Solubility increases with increase in temperature in case of liquids. But in case of gases solubility decreases with increase in temperature. So in warm aeriated drinks fizz comes out as carbon dioxide do not get dissolved when it is warm. So when you open the bottle fizz comes out.
