Step-by-step explanation:

1. \implies  {\Large\frac{2}{3}}\: and\:{\Large\frac{4}{5}}

\because 3 & 5 are prime numbers, so no common factors.

2. Seperate the whole numbers & add only fractions :

\implies 2+9({\Large\frac{2}{5}}+{\Large\frac{1}{2}})

(LCM of 2 & 5 = 10)

\implies 11({\Large\frac{4+5}{10}})

\implies {11\Large\frac{9}{10}}

Answer: -0.0125

Step-by-step explanation: -2.2 - (-2.1875) = -2.2 + 2.1875 = -0.0125

What you would do first is convert the fractions to decimals WITHOUT FORGETTING THE MINUS SIGN FOR -2.2!!! Now, notice that I only said -2.2 without including the 2.1875. I did this because when you have two negative signs after a negative or positive number, it means that you are adding, but when you are adding a positive number to a negative number, you are decreasing the negative number which means making it closer to 0. With all that being said, what you would do it -2.2 + 2.1875, which would amount to -0.0125. That is your answer.
