Was Caesar really ambitious or not.?

no ..... Caesar was not ambitious ...... we get to know this by his will and also when mark Anthony tells that Caesar cries when poor cry and that Caesar uses all the money that he wins from battles for the good of the general public

Caesar wasn't ambitious at all.

He was an able and patriotic leader who had brought many glories to Rome.

He was infact sympathetic towards the poor.

He refused, to be crowned thrice and was selfless as he promised seventy five drachmas to every Roman out lf his possession.

Thus, he can't be called Ambitious in any way.
