It is often seen in the story that Jayanto (one of the main characters) experiences some paranormal activities.In this story the author has created a scenario of suspense. In the end we find that the body of fritz is still present at the place where Jayanto buried it when he was 5 years old. It shows that the activities that Jayanto experienced in Bundi were counducted by Fritz.

the suspense part of the story starts when Jayanto got the flashback of his doll Fritz which is a swiss doll bought by his uncle which would only respond by calling its name Fritz. Jayanto spended lot of times woth Firtz which had such a funnny smile on its lips and such a look in its eyes that it seemed to understand every word he spoke.one day the staru dogs tore the tore the doll apart. face of the feotz was battered beyond recognition and hos clothes were torn and he was dead. so Jayanto buring him under a deodar tree which happened 31 years ago. Now jayanto is with his firend Shankar visiting Bundi. one night in the circuit house Jayanto had a creeping feeling of something walking on the cover of his quilt . then there was some circular brown mark in the quilt. the next day Jayanto claomed that it was frotz who came that night. Jayanto was sad and was not normal. Inorde to bring him back to normalcy Shankar suggested Jayanto to dig the place where Frotz was burried. when the ground was dug , the spade slipped from the hands of gardener and Jayanto was trembilng . inside it was a twelve inch oing perfect little human skeleton the size of Fritz was found there.
