1st thing....Germans did no crime to Humanity.....
Hitler did not only kill people.....He did many more good things as well....In just matter of 5 years...He turned Germany from a bankrupt country into a Powerful nation of that time......
He is presented as a evil person in modern society....but their was more to him.....
He was a great speaker because he spoke what people wanted to hear....He could fill their imagination with hope and make them dream....and could actually make them work to fulfill that dream...

He made people work....Nd rewarded them with Vacations in return.....
He would speak for hours and hours and he would speak things that would touch peoples heart....
He knew what left a mark on peoples mind....and what made them think.....
He knew exactly which words to use....and what was the right way to present them.....
He looked for Inspiration in music and made what ever was left of german culture his foundation to encourage people....
He used his speech for both good and bad.....
He motivated his soldiers and Scientists on one hand....
and on other hand he used it to make people hate jews....(WHICH WAS WRONG)
Looking at his source of inspiration such as considering himself as Aryan (which is believed to be an Indian race)
and Swastik on his flag...Which is a Hindu Symbol with great religious important....
One can make out where his thoughts went wrong....
He Looked into more aggressive side of Hinduism which justifies Death....
But he of course failed to see that in reality Teaching of Hinduism shows how life and death are two sides of one coin...and how peace is important to maintain balance between two....
You can say that he saw what he wanted to see...and hence believed what he wanted to believe...
And he could make others believe what he did
What made his speeches great were the way he spoke them....

Which included Tone,Gestures,Halts,pitch of his voice,Actions,Movement of eyes and neck, and even when to take a halt to sip water.....
Everything was planned in his head...
He understood how basic and little things in an speech makes an bond between the people and the speaker....To reach to perfection....In his initial days....He had practised Before a mirror imagining people listing to him....He just knew how to deliver what he felt and he knew what to deliver from his feeling.....
