I read the first chapter of the invisible man. It bothered me a little so I stopped.
Anyway...
Advantages: He can go anywhere he want. He can do anything he want (ex. he stole free electricity for his "home", he attacked the man in the begginning).
Disadvantages: Noone will listen to his ideas. No one will care about him. No one will know he exists.
