yes she was able to receive her hearts desire because all she wanted to do was to let down and outshine Mrs Loona Bimberton. even though her gunshot hit the goat and frightened the tiger to death, Loona Bimberton and others didnt know this truth and so she indeed had achieved her hearts desire.
