Yes It was a sucessful movement, after this britishers realised that indian don't support them anymore, they wanted freedom. But despite of that it has also some drawback the poor people can't afford the costly khadi made cloths, and the doctors, lawyers, student can't boycott their offices more days so, it was a sucessful movement but it has also some drawbacks.
