To some extent , we can say that the 1789 revolt of french revolution was inefficient in meeting the need of people . For the reason , The people of France , which were divided into various estates , had for a majority of farmers . The new government was actually government of the rich & thus , too much supporting the autocratic rule . The poor strata of the society , which played a main role in revolt , had for the consequences , felt the meeting of no needs which they actually required .
