Explanation:

In a strange transformation, chocolates have become the new currency and there is a blame game between the customers and shopkeepers, where a lack of small change turns into a big deal. In most of the shops in India, the shopkeepers thrust either small toffees sachets or small biscuit packets in return with the excuse that they have no one-rupee or enough coins with them. They don't even think whether the toffee or biscuit packet is required by us or not and you are compelled to accept it as there is no other option left with you.

It is a common situation in India. You have just purchased some groceries and pay the shopkeeper; however, in return he gives you some chocolates because he claims that he doesn’t have change. Now, here’s the catch, if you refuse the chocolates and demand money in return, the shopkeeper will not complete the sale. At the end of the transaction, you have spent more money that you wanted and have chocolates that you may not even want. Have chocolates become a new form of currency?

Whenever shopkeepers, or even a store employee sitting on the cash counter, have no change for customers they willingly hand them chocolates. This practice carried out by shopkeepers has become an annoyance to many. While the shopkeepers don’t lose anything (they obviously ‘sell’ chocolates and increase business) it’s the customer who loses out.

I hope this is help you.....
