Also the divisibility test of four is to divide the last two digits by 4. If a remainder comes then the number is not divisible by four.
The year 2017 has 17 at its end which is not fully divisible by 4. Thus 2017 is not divisible by 4 and therefore, the year is not a leap year.
Therefore 2017 is a normal year (not a leap year) and has 365 days.
