The Maths teacher said that each of the teachers would administer an oral quiz to Wasserkopf and if he got even one question right, then he would be deemed to have passed all his exams and so he would not be entitled to any refund. Otherwise he could be given a refund if he failed in the examination.
According to the Maths Teacher’s plan, every teacher should ask Wasserkopf only easy questions and he should be awarded marks for whatever answer he gave. All teachers agreed. The young man was determined to get his money and so he looked forward to answering every question incorrectly even if he knew the right answers.
