Improper waste or sewage disposal is hazardous to health. It may cause water and soil pollution including the ground water. The soil or water is ultimately consumed by humans leading to a number of diseases. It causes waterborne diseases such as typhoid, diarrhoea, etc--. Moreover it also produces foul smell polluting the air. Therefore proper waste management systems like proper sewage disposal facilities in houses can help in improving the health status of our country.
