Brain is the coordinate part of animals as well as humans . It provides coordination to the whole body of both the organisms . But the ability to master things have been accessed by humans . They can make necessary decisions using the brain whereas the sense of thinking in animals is lacking - they are unable to think of their benefits and hence humans overcome them due to having a better ability of thinking or in other sense due to having much use of the brain. For example: Of a dog is made to jump from the top of a building by his master, he jumps without having the brain to decide of its own benefits .

Explanation:

so, this is the difference between the use of brains on animals and humans. While talking of significance , the brain is for thinking and control activity in both just the lack of ability to use the brain.
