yeah watching too much tv will harm you. any thing that goes beyond the limit will definitely harm you. TV is just an entertainment or a short break while working for you success. but many fail to realise this. watching too much TV may end up in loosing the thinking ability or logical thinking ability. people just get adicted to it and leave their daily routine beyond.(I mean watching Tv on mid night). getting addicted to TV doesn't help them socialise well with people in reality.

In conclusion, watching Tv during breaks may be ok. But thinking that you will do every work in breaks when watching Tv may stop you taking towards success.
