Our body needs fresh & clean water everyday. Water is needed to dissolve solid food into paste. excrete unwanted waste & chemical substances from the body, maintain body temperature & transport nutrients from one part of the body to another through circulatory system. We also need to drink sufficient water to avoid constipation.
Water is a basic need for our survival. We can live for some weeks without food but it is not possible to sustain life for a long period if our body lacks water.
